  • Does anyone take multi vitamins? If so, did you notice any benefits ?

  • I do, as a precaution due to weightlifting.

    I find omega3 are more helpful to me, eat fatty fish or get boots high strength.

    Evidence is quite sketchy for both however...

  • Not routinely, but yes:
    I eat a balanced diet,
    but when she is overly influenced/spooked/duped by something she reads or is told,
    mrs. mespilus stops moaning if I take them,
    despite me telling her I object to having expensive urine.
