BTW bring bike over to fit BB and the like, I can also show you how to if you want.

I've done the BB, thanks. Had a headset press already so just bought some BB30 pressing cups. Whether I've done it correctly is another matter. It spins nicely. But I'm expecting it to creak. May resort to Praxis BB if that happens.
