Aren't most of the SA 3 speeds 120mm?
Pretty sure the ones they use on Bromptons are spaced down to 110mm (although I may be incorrect).

Sturmey Archer 3-speeds are available in various sub-120mm OLN dimensions which can easily be shimmed out to 120mm precisely, or you can just stick a 116-119mm one in a 120mm frame and tighten up the nuts.
