Yep lamb flaps are basically the breast i.e. belly cut.
Most of them end up in doner kebab or making Tongan people obeseWere they greasy?

Many meats consumed today... BBQ Beef and pork ribs in the smoker, Greek style lamb flaps, piri-piri chicken, grilled octopus... So much food, round two tomorrow on the Sunshine Coast... #straya
