Pretty similar in terms of honours. Both won 3 European cups as a player, and a stack of league titles. Cruyff won the European Cup as a manager, but Dalglish would have done as well if his teams had played in Europe.
Granted, Cruyff's tactics have had a more enduring legacy, but he owed a major debt himself to Rinus Michels.
It's because he's Scottish and played for Liverpool that he's not even comparable right?
