Hm, with outdoor space I'm not sure there is anywhere in Dalston. There's the Old Cholmeley Boys' Club (site of the TrixieChix party way back when), which doesn't have outdoor space, but I assume you've already looked at that.
Of other Hackney venues (in descending order of suitability), you could try the Crooked Billet (pub) in Upper Clapton--it has a large outdoor space. I have no idea if they do private parties, though.
Another possibility is Clissold House in Clissold Park. I've been to a similar-sized birthday party there which went on until quite late. Expensive.
The Round Chapel's schoolhouse would be great, too. (The main chapel might be too large.) You'd need to get a TEN, I think, but they hold the Pig's Ear there so that shouldn't be impossible--likely to be pricey and booked-out, though. There's no outdoor space next to the schoolhouse but there is some next to the main chapel.
There's also the Hothouse in Richmond Road. It might be slightly on the small side, but has a roof terrace overlooking London Fields.
There's the Hackney Marshes Centre. I don't know for how long you could celebrate there, but it might be possible until late. It's very expensive, too, from memory.
Hackney City Farm is a lovely venue, but may not be able to do the late night you want.
The Pub on the Park has recently-ish added a lot of capacity with some large rooms downstairs and upstairs, but they might be too separated-out for your party. Difficult to have a large private party there that's closed off to the rest of what goes on at the pub.
The Chesham Arms is probably too small. Chats Palace is great for this sort of thing but doesn't have outdoor space. Stoke Newington Town Hall is great, but expensive and doesn't really have outdoor space unless you count the car park.
Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. There are probably some really obvious ones I've forgotten.

Wasn't that Bird café? Too small.

It seems to have been renamed Skylarking Café.

Any idea of the name, Joe?

Some more I forgot earlier:
The West Reservoir Centre off Green Lanes (next to the Castle Climbing Centre)
The St John's Deaf Community Centre, also on Green Lanes--not sure for how long they'd allow you to be in there, but would be fairly cheap (or at least it was when I enquired some years ago).
Hackney Downs Studios, specifically the Russet Café

I'm after a venue for a summer big birthday celebration preferably in Dalston (though I think we've been through most of the obvious locations there so away from there is expected) and as per the title it need not hold more than a 100 people and would have some outdoor space and go until maybe 2am.
Do you know of anywhere?
Thanks in advance
