A lump is better than a scratch

I've read about folks having success with body filler / epoxy etc

I have new seals and oils coming anyway, gonna have fun installing those new flangeless seals. When they come I'll do a re-inspection and may use epoxy instead of nail polish and buff it til it smoothes with the rest of the stancion.
