Done, rideable :)
Shimmed the calipers up 1.5mm to get the rotor sweep on the pads better, the Shimano 180s come in at 152g my old Hope 180 is 166g with wear. Re priced Hope again, 2xmounts and 2xfloating rotors = £96 with normal rotors £76 and £30 an end to go braided hose, Shimano and shims for the win.
Chain needs a deep clean to get the sticky packing grease off, want something to bung up the v-brake stud holes (mud traps)
With some sorting of parts bin i think i can drop maybe 1/2 kilo off the weight, must try and weigh it, more used to 35-45lb bike weights so whatever this is it's still light to me :)
