B&M Topline (brake) plus are good (I have a mini for a narrow rack) and I have a secula for a bike without a rear rack.
I've run the cables a couple of ways.- Spiraling around the top tube
- Spiraling around the down tube
- Run in parallel behind the rear hydro brake hose
Behind the hose has worked well and takes it to the rear dropout which was ideal for the mudguard mounted light.

Have a SP-8 running a B&M CYO at the front... after battery error on a Moon rear light I have decided to add a dynamo rear light as well. Curious what the best bang for my buck will be and how people run the wires with non-internal routing and manage to keep things tidy.
