Very nice. Definitely deserves Jazz and Java in Forest Row mushrooms ( you have to be there before 12.00) and Battle Deli BLT if you have the time.

Here's my full bike shot from yesterday, poor quality but captures it pretty well! (excuse the horrible bottle cages, needed to wait to get paid to order the King cages).
The bike performed fantastically when I took it out on the road, quite different from my cross check so took a little bit of getting used to, it took the steep bits of Cudham Lane, Yorks Hill and Brasted Hill in its stride!
Brakes are performing well even though I'm using stock TRP pads and non-compresionless outers (-10 scoblebricks). Doubletap took about 5 minute to get used to and now I love it, great bike, really looking forward to riding further on it.
High res pics will be here soon.

@xkittyx at this level of goodness, why not try to angle it a bit more perpendicularly ?

Fair point, it was my idea to have it on the stay, not Caren's and I think it works quite well there, I think the saddle bag takes up most of the convenient options and I think it looks nice and quite visible where it is.

So @xkittyx how's it going? How you finding it over the cross check?

Brilliant! Done around 1500-2000km on it now and am very happy with it, astounded by how much more what I put into the bike translates to what I get out of it, climbs really nicely too. Had some problems with clearance with the front brake and the spokes with the Spyres so swapped to BB7 S brakes and now everything is magic.
Even took it out round the trails in Epping last week and it was amazing, with some more appropriate tyres than the schwalbe S-ones I reckon it would be great off road, but even just with those on the dry bits it was totally fine.
Overall really impressed! Have been unwell for the last few weeks so not been getting as much riding in as hoped but excited to race it round Ireland next month. -

Bike looks great with a bit of mud on it.
I washed the Talbot for the first time last week and it looks wrong somehow.

+1 for mud / never cleaning it.
Looks OK I guess
