Trimmed the stays this morning and swapped the seatpost for something longer (not shown in the photo). Rode to work on it - very comfy ride, even compared to my normal daily bike (RoadRat mkII). All I need to do now is track down a dynamo headlight and fit a B&M secula light on the mudguard.
Hoping to take it for a (proper) spin this Friday!
