it is fucking hideous - pedals, rear wheel, stem, spacers, cranks, aerojoke, white tyre, mismatched tyres
but glad you like it

Problems may include, but are not limited to: tiny gear, massive spacer stack, saddle angle, mis matched tyres, it's not a late 80s peugeot, it's yours

Slightly nose up is pro, that's about the only thing which is even halfway close to being acceptable.

Wrong thread, mate

That Geekhouse from the last page gave me strong nostalgia for the old Robinson BMX bike logo.

mdcc_tester in reply to @Mentats
Is that a metaphor for it being a shit frame or was the frame actually not cured properly?
It looks, from the shape, as though it was still soft when it came out of the mould :-)The more traditional joke is that Onda-style Pina frames have been leant against a hot radiator, but I can't quite bring myself to use that one as it's not technically valid in the light of the fact that the resin is a thermosetting plastic, not a thermoplastic.
Agreed...I wouldn't open your Edinburgh Fringe® set with that.

To be fair, there are more reposts here than the Brooklyn thread and there are significantly fewer of those than the mass produced selection of Italian yawnography regularly lauded as the greatest thing since Michelangelo put chisel to marble.Michelangelo was a coke head?

Certain Eddy Merckx frames have it as well.
@kenzo wrote an interesting comment about it some time ago:
reversing tube direction depends on the desired frame characteristics
not a common practice, but it's used sometimes. e.g. Hampsten Cycles uses this design for their MAX model frames

A Geoff Scott built 'Clamont' ridden by Australian track cyclist, and 1987 amateur world champ, Martin Vinnicombe. There was also a sister bike, used by Neil Stephens to break the Australian Hour Record in 1987 (47.227).
On display at the Sydney Classic Bike Show, which, coincidentally, is partly organised by the owner of the Frezoni and Ken Evans posted at the top of this page.
