if you get rims with the same spoke count and same diameter at the spoke holes (or same depth, whichever way you want to think about it) you can rebuild them super-easily. Just tape the new rim to the old rim, side by side, and transfer the spokes across one-by-one.

Maybe try Mavic MA2 rims - still cheap and easy to find, period correct, very similar depth so should work fine.
Alternatively you could find a new rear wheel. http://www.retrobike.co.uk will be a better source for both wheels and rims than lfgss.
