Increasing clearance/ London frame builders

I am sure I saw a frame on here recently that had the chain stays flattened a touch to increase rear tyre clearance?
Is that something a frame builder could do?

Squeeze the stays in a vice, or a big hammer and blocks of wood method works almost as well.

A frame builder would be better than some minimum wage mechcanic to perform the task.
It's a fairly common tweek for tyre or chainring clearance.

Fairly common to press dimples into the stays at the point of manufacturing so it should be ok. To do. I'm sure I've seen a frame builder make a jig for it I'll have a dig about.

Roberts would have been the go to guys. But alas

Or Wilkinson cycles Brentford do frame repairs his day job is at Brompton so brazing is on point.
