1.8 metres is way too narrow, engineer thought this is idea because they think bike need less room than cars, while they actually need the same amount of room as cars.
Yeah, but 1.8 one direction is not way under, not for a short stint like a bridge. And angled kerbstones are in use now, cf blackfriars bridge.
