  • This is the narrative I like best. Not entirely sure of its validity.

As a colleague wrote on twitter: "IDS resigns because he resents his autonomy being taken away by a privileged elite who don't understand the daily challenges he faces."

  • the conservative party.

  • I hope it's true. Although I'm puzzled as to which Corbyn speech he's referring to, his budget response one?

But many commentators have long said that an EU referendum, which is an entirely Conservative construct, would open up major schisms in the Conservative Party which could lead to a messy civil war. One can live in hope.

Any hope Gideon had of becoming the next PM seems to be diminishing by the hour, which is satisfying.

  • and widens the gap for Prime Minister Johnson.

what a time to be alive.

  • Supporting all these kind of cunts around the world maybe really is the only way to clean all the filth around, no one better than them will reach the point of destruction.

  • Nice edit to Stephen Crabb's wiki this morning

    also

On 17 March 2016, following his vote in the House of commons to cut Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) for disabled people by £30 per week,[24] a 38degrees petition was launched demanding that Crabb resign his post as patron of Mencap Pembrokeshire.[25]

  • .

  • his voting record on LBTG issues is rather telling too. nasty little tory fuck.

  • watching IDS trying to reframe himself as some sort of self sacrificing champion of the vulnerable instead of the architect of so many people's misery is utterly fucking mind blowing. Toryscum seemingly falling apart at the seams.

  • The electorate have the collective memory of a gnat, he'll be fine...

  • Better than EastEnders this week.

  • The Blairite wing of the Labour party are awfully quiet at the minute.>

Adam Johnson and Liz Kendall are on Tv every week, Umuna was on Question time and Any Questions recently, Hilary Benn is leading the Vote Remain campaign for the Labour party.

Still, Duncan Smith still thinks the Labour Party is weak enough to risk splitting his own party, joining up to help Boris in his leadership bid, and probably positioning himself for chancellor if Osborne is defeated in the leadership election. If Vote Leave win it's Boris for PM and we are fucked.

  • That's not what I meant, but I was wondering how long it would take you to show up anyway...

Umm.. Corbyn is such a bad leader he's even causing problems in the Conservative party?

  • I think the conservative party are causing their own problems, but the prospect of who will come out of it stronger is worrying.

  • What did you mean then :)

I'm flattered that you post things in anticipation of my "showing up".

  • I'm not sure Adam Johnson is the best advert for Blairism. I mean, you always expected Blair to fuck you, but you rarely imagined he'd touch up your kids in a car park.
