I could plausibly dig something out but I have nothing to grind the teeth off with. Not sure if a 104 ring will go big enough to fully cover a 42t also?
Depends on how hard the alloy is, but I've easily removed teeth from rings with a dremel. Don't know about size wise.
I keep coming across problems with dremel-shaped solutions. One day I'll buy one
