aka the Kill Bill restuarant in Tokyo, the grilled stuff is really tasty.

- Okonomoyaki in Hiroshima. Obviously.
- Stay in a ryoken in Hakone or temple in Koya San for traditional food, (freshly cooked tofu in the latter)
- Naoshima if you can get there is amazing.
