Sounds like a great plan. The Jopen church/brewpub/restaurant in Haarlem is also quite good

Should you want to do some more km's and go south/west a bit further, here's some more brewery top tips:

Good shout on Jopen, ta - I can do both them and het uiltje in one go, that might be my Saturday night actually, though I'm staying in zoetermeer (can get really good deals on the NH there).

I've always wanted to go to Baarle Nassau, it just looks nuts on the map.
