...straight up the coast, den haag, katwijk, noordwijk, zandvoort, haarlem - see last page in reverse!
here's the route starting from den haag, you can just hug the coast and follow the signs all the way up though -
Get off the boat, turn left, keep the sea at your left side at all time, stop at your destination :)
