Yaya Toure, 33 in May, has told Manchester City he will walk away this summer unless he is offered a new contract next week

That would be the icing on the cake for their season.

Pep will bin him anyway.. He didn't like him at Barca and he won't like him now he's older, lazier and more entitled.
-
• #126107
Pep likes tall rangy players now doesn't he?
-
• #126108
I'd always assumed that he preferred players of a slightly shorter stature.

From here, obviously;
Shame it wasn't Dani Alves, or Iniesta.

Sid Lowe's interview with Alves is worth a read if you haven't already.

Bayern Juve game was a classic, enjoyed it a great deal. Question becomes did Pep set his team up incorrectly, or was he out tactiked initially by Allegri and then made excellent substitutions to win the game.
The lucid though repetitive Owen Hargreaves, seems to feel that Bayern's best team was the one that finished. Can't say as I disagree with him as despite huffing and puffing Ribery seemed short of fitness and confidence, Douglas Costa always looked like he'd make something happen, Coman though hyped up after his performance last weekend in the Bundesliga, didn't seem to the game changer that Hargeaves made him out to be, but obviously, was instrumental in scoring his goal and making another to get them back into the game. -

Define game changer for me.

Classic...
Not that Arsenal’s season is really dead, of course. They can at least collapse now into the comforting embrace of that late-season battle for a little more of the same old. Hello fourth place, my old friend. I’ve come to fight for you again.

He was a sub right? And he came on and scored a goal and made another?
Which gif will communicate my thoughts best here?

It's that level of analysis that I keep coming back for.
