    I do need to buy a strap so if that's "all" that it needs, I'm tempted to get the details of your guy if it saves some money.

    I'm in two minds about messaging the seller. I guess it can't hurt.

  • £160 seems reasonable if their work is of a high standard. Saves you £20 of postage. Did the guy in Hatton Garden think the rotor was ok, or did he mention re-bushing it?

    You could message the seller and request a partial refund to help pay for the service.

    Unfortunately it was just relayed though his daughter and we spent the day playing phone tag. All the info I got was - "it doesn't need replacement parts, it needs to be serviced, you'll get a 1yr guarantee".

    The seller has been really positive and communicative. So we'll see.
