I might have to take back what I said about Dermalize being really good for tattoo healing... yes it did help a lot with my clown tattoo healing very fast and almost no scab. However, the amount of residue left on the skin is horrible. With my clown tattoo, I thought maybe I was in the shower for too long, water too hot, or whatever reason to have resulted in some residue on the skin when removing the film. However, this is now day 4 with my hotair balloon cat tattoo and also a touch up with my other one, I am really annoyed with the residue, it took me over an hour in and out of the shower trying to remove as much residue as possible last night and tonight. That is not to say it's not helping with the healing but the residue is a risk, and when I removed the film tonight, it also removed some of the colours, so I have yet to see if the colours that got pulled out were ready to go anyway or did it cause any damage to the tattoos.
