Physio was positive thanks and it feels a lot better. I'll try and get a quality run in Sunday and get back on my plan on Monday. How's your feet/foot?
Getting better, still some tightness in the left ankle but that's improving. Right foot still hurts when running but getting better slowly. Changing shoes to relieve pressure on the tendon made a difference.
