I was pretty broken on Sunday from the HP200 and some damage in the gym on Thursday so I didn't even touch the bike. Went to a local brewery instead and sat in the sun. Lovely. :)

Hah, nice. I ended up riding out to Essex, having a couple of pints in the sunshine and riding back. Nice leisurely spin...
