Haven't built this up after purchasing on eBay, need the funds for other things though so it has to go. Shame as its really really nice.

The frame is mint, it can only have been ridden a few times as the condition is very good.

It's 1"' there is plenty of steerer on the fork and I can supply a shim to 1 1/8. It would be a shame to split the frame and fork, the fork is pretty light.

Could you please confirm horizontal top tube length. I normally ride 535mm or 21". Looking at you measurements and the age of the frame Im guessing it was originally sized as a 22" frame.

@user61763 I believe the actual TT c-c is 54cm but i'll check shortly.
