It's spacer stack + 25mm for the Mk1, but @umop3pisdn is your man if you have questions about the Mk2. If you have no spacers now, just measure the screws you have and add the spacer stack, including the 2mm for the conversion plates. You might want to get the bridge made from 3mm stock to make everything add up to an integer multiple of 5. My bridge is 5mm, but that's because I wanted to hide the full depth of the quarter-turn mount, I'm sure 3mm will be plenty for stability purposes.
