That is really, really nice. Does the fork have any mudguard mounting points under or behind the crown?

Yeah, the mount point is behind the crown - you need to fabricate a hanger to make it fit, but that's not too hard.

Ah, nice. I'm having something quite similar built, but the plan was to go for thruaxle front and rear. Did you consider going down that route?
