City bike parts. Tell me your price.

One of my friend's neighbours threw a city bike/frame to the bin.
He collected it and give it to me.
If you need parts which you can see on the pictures please send me a message and give me your price you would like to pay for it.
Collection in E14.

The frame is out of use but the fork is still ok.
Seat post uno 27.2 / Acera mech / Bontrager handlebars ...

If you need to know something about the parts ask me and I ll try to answer it.

damn why would you go and do that to a good smear by rubbing it off? I wanted to be the one doing the rubbing off onto the saddle. Ruined it now.

It might be. Tell me exactly where you live, what's the weird thing on it and also why you threw it to the bin then??

I'm looking for the U-bend bit of a lock if you've got any spare? can be cut down.
