I always thought the jog/run distinction was a sub h:mm marathon time with the specifics dependent on who you were asking, if they'd done a 3:54 marathon then they'd say running meant a sub 4:00 mara, if they'd done a 3:12 then the run/jog cutoff would be 3:15, etc.
Not many srsbzns runners would admit to jogging a race.
(I'm definitely jogging Brighton, hopefully in about 4:15 but even that is looking shaky, no running for 5 days due to man flu heavy chest infection.)
