How long do you need to spend in the wattage cottage for this, the hardest, climb of Ventoux?

Pfft, Ventoux. I rode up with a melon, a pack of fags, and a few beers in a pannier, and I'm hardly a specimen of physical endurance.

Although it took me a couple of hours, compared to the 45 minutes the pros did it in later in the day.
