Hah, I had pictures of a new tag that I deleted when I saw that I was too late (due to eating at what was going to be my new tag)..

New.

Red lampion and fairy lights matching those outside Tokyo Diner.

Hint: In a Welsh valley leading to what is not New Zealand's capital.

I suggest getting this one between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday. This is when the Italian Caffè next to it is open and you can pick up a free coffee and pastry using the passphrase "I am a cappuccino on a bike."

(Not meaning to be too anal about re-tagging, I just like the game to get something new every time. We are likely to miss the non-obvious locations being re-tagged occasionally, anyway.)

Hard to think of any more clues short of naming it. With oat's clue narrowing down the area you shouldn't need to be James Bond to get it.

New: Should be easy to find.
