The league isn't capable of progressing in europe, at either level. It is "exciting".
I'm not sure what the point of the premier league is. Winning stuff? Nope. Top top players? Not really. Team development? Hmmm.
A bloated thing that has lots of corporate involvement and acts as a " thing" to do (a bit like bumblepuppy)? Perhaps.
