That's the first time I've seen that:
"I raised my complaints with croft via PM on Sunday afternoon: he hasn't replied despite posting on the forum, so he can exercise his right to reply here."
When did you send it?
Obviously after I had posted the above, at which time I would have deleted our PM: by this time it had been a week since you had last replied to a PM.
Have another look at your PM and you'll see that you were corresponding with no-one: there is no recipient.
