What's the track event where two riders sit and trackstand for ages at the start waiting for the other one to go first?

Is it the Match Sprint?

If it's more than two riders, it could be the Longest Lap race they do in the Revolution series (and elsewhere). I've never seen it done with just two riders though, and as @mdcc_tester has pointed out, trackstands are limited to 30s in match sprints.
