Just pondering this - if you built 25 frames per year and charged £2000 per frame then that's only £50,000 - not even taking into account tooling and materials cost, running a business, rent etc. let alone time taken on each frame.
They make more than 25 per year? That's the only variable there you have.
Also consider add on sales, OEM deals, etc that some frame makers have to add a few extra $$ on top of each sale.
How do frame builders make enough to survive?
