i remember bike24 or rose or one of the other zjermans have them at round 65 euros in black.
if that means you found silver ones for half that ild like to know where from.
tbh, i think a black/silver mix works well and classic if done trhoughout; black rims/silver spokes, black stem/silver handlebars, black hoods/silver levers, black saddle/silver seatpost etc.
might not work with a black frame though..

I've decided to go silver for finishing kit mainly because Ritchey neo classics are twice the price in black!
Most likely S75 for now and keep an eye out for DDs.
I also think its critical point in this thread to start discussing bottle cages, gear ratio, bar end plug etc. What would prolly do?
