  • All I know is that there's one with honey in it and their milk stout kinda speaks for itself... not sure about the other one though... good work on the Weihenstephan, the dunkel is special!

  • Agreed, isn't this the one that was parked up near Brick Lane for a while?

  • Waddling over to Yorica at lunch time, will report back

  • I'm in! Having a peanut butter ice cream with cocao nibs on top. There's a good range of flavours and a myriad of fruit and chocolatey sprinkles including ores cookies. Is a bit pricey though.

  • Ow much?

  • I got a small (second size up) with sprinkles for £4.65

  • Never mind about price - how'd it taste?

  • It tasted amazing, very very peanut buttery and creamy. Other flavours from memory are cookies and cream (mini oreos included), moringa, mango and chocolate. You can have fresh fruit, gummy bears, chocolate buttons, popcorn or cookies on top. The milkshakes looked awesome, may have to go back to try one of them.

  • Is there a loyalty card? ;)

  • I would've though for that amount, you own part of the company!

  • Lets quit our jobs and go into ice cream

  • I'm in! Good ice cream isn't actually that hard to make... we'd just need shit loads of frozen nanas

  • I'm pretty sure frozen grandmothers aren't vegan! Seriously though that looks yum!

  • Anyone de-leathered a saddle before? I Have a Flite that I wanna recover - any help would be much welcomed!

  • Old news, but I finally got to Vegbar today -FGV burger and side of sheezy mac.... V good!

  • I've been meaning to go there for the FGV Burger for ages but still haven't made it.

  • So, are we doing another Cook Daily soon?

  • Yea, I'll be up for that... missed the last one so be good to get down there soon Oliver

  • books about plant-based nutrition ls & gs - anyone got any 'must-read' recommendations?

  • Stephen Walsh, 'Plant-based Nutrition and Health'. I don't know anything much about nutrition, but this is generally considered 'must read' (including by two friends of mine who are nutritionists).

  • Great, should we combine it with a ride to drinks?

    Monday--Souths (is dead)
    Tuesday--Norths and/or SEs.
    Wednesday--Easts.
    Thursday--Wests.

I can't make next week, so perhaps Easts this week? It's close to Cook Daily. (As a secondary option to riding back west there is a train line close by. :) )

  • thanks oliver. will check it out

  • I probably won't be able to make it for drinks and this week isn't good as I'm slightly skint... pay day is next week so Wednesday is good for me

  • I've decided that to be on trend for Spring/Summer 2016 I need to be, not only vegan but gluten free. (Also, my guts are giving me serious problems at the minute and a quick Google suggests that I have a lot of symptoms of somebody who's gluten intoralent, so thought I'd give it a miss for a bit to see if it makes any difference). I'm looking for some interesting gluten free recipes! Does anyone have anything to suggest? The simpler and healthier the better.
