Always really liked the way vittoria open tubulars ride, but found them sketchy in the wet so run fortezza tricomps for the wetter and inclemental months since they're amazing grippy and last for ever and a day. Hopefully this could combine the best of both worlds, though likely won't be as durable. Still excited.
The mystical perfect tyre for me - Italian style supple 'open tubular' carcass coupled with German rubber and puncture protection.
Judging by what Vredstein are rating the puncture protection on those (3/6) I wouldn't expect they'd last any longer than Vittoria Corsa's which fall apart after touching glass.
Still, seems as though they think they're fine in the wet which is a step up from Vittoria.
Oddly excited about these http://www.vredestein.com/two-wheel-tyres/race/competition-line/fortezza-senso-superiore/info/
