I think Martin (the Cycling Silk QC) has offered his services no-win no-fee. He's fed up with the CPS/Police deciding not to prosecute in many of these cases despite there being plenty of evidence.

Just read it properly, it was Martin Porter himself who was the cyclist, so he was representing himself.
He's just tweeted to say that the driver was acquitted. "Statement later."
