Maybe you don't put out enough watts? :)

So you've replaced 4 powertaps and you have to run aftermarket free hub bodies, so the product is flawed from the start. Sounds great :)

In my experience Powertaps are about as robust as a Fabergé egg

I have a full sus AM bike Project nearing completion (nearing in 'furry-years'). I picked up a powertap on 50% clearance for it.
