Yes, but some people are 'special'.

I know where pastrybot is coming from but shoaling is ffing stoops, especially when you can't see the light cos you're too far farword.

Kids don't cross when cycles are going through but if its clear and they know it's safe, they'll fly through...gotta get to school.....bang.

yelling 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING? LOOK OUT! YOU'RE GOING TO DIE AAAAAAAAH!' at RLJ'ers is mildly amusing.
/i don't really care what you do.
//tho it would be super awesome if RLJ'ers would stop forcing responsibility for their well being onto those around them. -

I'm off to watch some videos of blackheads being squeezed.

Little sharp bits of not really ice but not really rain either, blasting away at my corneas. Icy black metal winds. 7/10 anyway due to htfu points, saw almost no one else biking in.

It's the adults glued to the phones you want to watch out for.

Really horrible route today, out past croydon going coombe lane and gravel hill which is up and over a steep hill that has a number of blind s bends. Need to sit looking at maps and find a better way.

Either there was a tail wind on the way home south yesterday or it was very still and I had more energy than usual. Whatever it was it felt a lot quicker than usual. Staying a bit later in the office also meant the clusterfuck had mostly dispersed going from British Museum through Covent Garden.

Complete clusterfuck at the north end of Southwark Bridge this morning. Two people in hi viz trying to direct large numbers of cyclists confused by the unannounced blockage of the roads north and east. Clueless.

I'm sure there has been works ongoing there for a while, surely people knew already?

Enjoyed that. Crisp and fun and spinny green lighty.

You're right, but the difference this morning was that the route north was completely blocked, as were the pedestrian crossings and the right turn. Just a helpful sign telling cyclists to dismount and two bods presumably telling people to walk their bikes along the pavement until they could find a place to cross. I saw one cyclist carrying his bike through the barriers and over the freshly rolled tarmac on the eastbound carriageway while a worker gesticulated at him.

Ah the cycle route was blocked aswell? Bastards.

+1 for the CS7 clusterfuck coming into the City this morning. They'd better be doing something good to that road...

Judging by the very close overtake followed by some cool whippy skiddy across me before popping through a red, I did something to annoy a chap on a fixed la piovra on old street this morning.
The only thing I can think of was check my left shoulder coming off the roundabout as he was about to undertake me.

Carbon wheelz?

Varied my route in this morning. On the one hand, glad I didn't opt for Southwark Bridge (I don't enjoy the section northside even when it is open). I did however opt for Blackfriars Bridge which was shocking.

Possibly, black frame but didn't notice much else.

Seen that guy before, if its the one I'm thinking he's not the best rider, too much showing off....like alright m8, we know you can fixie.

Probs where it crosses Upper Thames St at the end of Southwark Bridge. They are surfacing the new East/West cycle highway and so there are only pedestrian crossing points.

ahh I split off at E&C and go up through borough to london bridge anyways. cheers
If everybody flew through when they thought it was safe then it would not be safe.
