Is there a minor injuries unit near you?

I'm sure there are more elsewhere, but nowadays they don't seem to be named as consistently as they once were.

I ripped a chunk of skin out of my heel on a nail last night, it's not really an emergency but as it's still bleeding I could do with someone having a look at it later - where do I go?
