gonna be in the south of france, Sete. Not looking to go all zen sharpening them, but as you say don't want to be frustrated with blunt knives that wouldn't slice an onion. And not looking to buy knives in the local supermarket which aren't good enough for me to take home and use again, though I suppose those could be my travelling knives...
