Oh, I forgot - at my 10k yesterday I got heckled by a gang of lads doing community service, dressed in orange overalls and brandishing gardening tools. Three lap course, luckily they'd gone on a break by the final lap (or unluckily, maybe that's what I needed to run faster?).
