Wanted: 53cm steel racing bike

I'm looking for a 53cm steel racing bike,a complete bike not a project. Preferably also an older frame.
Budget is around 200£ and must be able to ship to Belgium. Thanks.

Have this for 80 pounds incl postage to Belgium, 53cm c-t, comes with stronglight Hset and 118mm BB. (for 50 pounds, I'll throw in the original Mafac competition gold brakeset).
