am liking the glass tunnel, where is this?

Manchester.

The glass tunnel replaced the one destroyed by the IRA bomb. - the postbox pictured is the same one that was there originally, it survived the bomb unlike everything else around it.

I've often thought they've got something war like and indestructible about them. mini pill boxes.

Just googled 'em. Some go back to the 1850's.

Unsure whether to submit #2 or #3 for the competition. Maybe another opportunity tomorrow before I finally decide.

Like number two for the human element. The red doors make number 3. I think i prefer no3.

First one would be perfect for the competition.

My thoughts exactly... I thought the red doors fitted the theme better, but more generally I prefer number 2.
