Going to see if I can get an M756 polished
If you're going cheap large flange, a 525 might be easier to polish as you don't have flange cut-outs or the back relief on the brake rotor mount to worry about. If you're a real tart, get both because I think the better quality XT guts should drop straight into the easy-polish Deore shell :-)
Cartridge bearings though. Going to see if I can get an M756 polished.
