If you're going cheap large flange, a 525 might be easier to polish as you don't have flange cut-outs or the back relief on the brake rotor mount to worry about. If you're a real tart, get both because I think the better quality XT guts should drop straight into the easy-polish Deore shell :-)

Good shout. Well I already have the 756 in a wheel, so going to take it to the polishing shop and see what they say. Velosolo managed it, but unfortunately don't sell them anymore.
