lol. I doubt whether your pelvis is symmetrical, so 1mm difference in Q from left to right is unlikely to do much harm.
Yeah I'm alright with that, but won't moving the BB out mean the bike will want to turn right?

Genuine answer: If that much asymmetry made the bike hard to ride, we'd all be struggling thanks to the asymmetry of our bodies.
