With the latter option the bike is 100% Tommasini which is what it should be. No matter how nicely made the other fork will be it will never be a Tommasini fork !
Kind of see where you are coming from. I've asked Tommasini how much but I feel it is going to cost a fortune considering they sell their standard road forks for €280
Send them a couple pics of the project and I think you will find they are very helpful and not avaricious .
Any extra cost will be well invested as the fork will be a 'Special One-Off' by the original maker.
